Our private chalet is located 800 m from the center of Samoëns village and 2 km from the Neige et Roc hotel. The chalet can accommodate up to 10 people, and luxury and comfort await you at the foot of the mountains.
With its pure decor, a combination of traditional mountain wood, stone, luxurious materials and honey-colored accents, La Ferme des Fontany reveals itself in an atmosphere full of softness. Its privileged location in the center of Samoëns and at the heart of the Grand Massif ski area makes it a highly sought-after chalet in summer and winter alike, giving you access to a wide range of activities.
The chalet “La Ferme des Fontany” is an old farmhouse of 260 m² entirely renovated in 2003 in the Savoyard style in the middle of a park of 8 000 m² in edge of wood.

- A first-floor bedroom with shower and WC and a 2-person double bed, 23 m², with a French window overlooking the Criou mountain. East-facing
- A first-floor bedroom with shower and 2-person double bed, 20 m², with French windows opening onto a small north-facing balcony.
- A ground-floor bedroom with shower and WC, 3 single beds, 23 m², with French windows opening onto the south-facing garden.
- A large 57 m² living room with central fireplace and 8 windows overlooking the garden and mountains to the south.
- A 40 m² kitchen and dining room with windows and a door to the terrace and garden.
- Entrance door to 3.46 m² dressing room and 16.50 m² bike room or ski room in winter

You can take advantage of free activities at the Neige et Roc hotel in Samoëns:
