Le Grand Massif is France's 4th ski area with ski-to-door access, pistes for all levels, a summit culminating at 2,500 metres and 360° panoramic views. It is also the first French ski area to be awarded the Green Globe label for its commitment to the environment.

Le Grand Massif is 270 km of skiing: 139 marked runs (25 green, 59 blue, 44 red and 11 black) and 5 linked resorts: Samoëns, Flaine, les Carroz, Morillon and Sixt Fer-à-Cheval.
The area will delight experienced skiers as well as nature lovers, beginners and children.
The Hotel Neige et Roc is 900 m from the gondola lift; a free ski bus runs past the hotel every 15 minutes to take you to the Grand Massif Express, which takes you up to the start of the Grand Massif ski area in just 8 minutes.
A beginners' area at 1,600m is available close to the gondola arrival point. This area has been specially designed with a covered tunnel for children, a fun zone on the green slope, an easy slalom and 3 modules for freestylers!

The 5 km Marvel trail offers beginners a circuit in the heart of a forest of hundred-year-old fir trees;
La Combe de Gers and its 800 m vertical drop: a fabulous off-piste area for slope and thrill-seekers.
