You can also try our Turkish baths, for humid heat, with health benefits equal to those of the sauna. At around 50°C, and 100% humidity, you'll leave feeling relaxed and purified. The skin relaxes, aiding the release of dead skin cells.
After your session, we recommend you exfoliate, then take a lukewarm or cold shower, and finish off with a massage from one of our experienced professionals.
